Bomran Games is a trading name of Bomran Ltd.
We are committed to providing the best customer service to our customers. Our terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and the conduct of the sale of retail goods to our customers. If you have any questions please email us via our Contact Us page. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect or reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Products
All prices, including delivery charges and personalisation, are inclusive of VAT at UK standard rate. All product images used on this site are only representative of goods on offer; actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance following our terms and conditions. Following our receiving your order through the system, we will send an automated order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance from Bomran Ltd, and as such any typographical or system errors in pricing may still be subject to correction. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link account, or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.
Certain products listed on our site are age restricted by law. We reserve the right to only complete the sale of these items if you, the customer, have completed an age verification step within the checkout process. Bomran Ltd uses a third party to verify your information against known records, which must confirm you are 18+ in order to proceed with that specific purchase.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any unfaulty goods received, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will pay return postage within 14 days if the goods are faulty.
Returned items must be in a sellable condition, complete with all components and their original packaging intact. This includes but is not limited to box stickers being fully intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will not be able to be refunded unless they are faulty.
Faulty Items
Products listed on our site are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If, however, your item develops a fault, please follow the instructions set out in our returns policy above. Refunds or exchanges are subject to reasonable expectations of performance and fair use per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Once inspected by our quality team, any faulty products will be exchanged or a full refund will be processed in line with our returns policy, inclusive of postage costs.
Copyright and Trademarks
Bomran Games, Bomran Ltd, Bomran, our website address and logo may not be used by anyone else without our express permission.
We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.
Prices and Payment
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time they are entered into the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your goods.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
You confirm that the credit, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link account being used is yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment method refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
Personal Data
To provide you with the best and easiest online shopping experience possible, we need to gather certain pieces of information from you. Your name and address are required to deliver the products you have ordered.
We use your email address to confirm your order, to keep you informed of its progress and to request feedback on our products and services using a third-party data processor acting on our behalf.
We may also request your phone number for order and delivery purposes only. Providing a phone number is optional. We will normally contact you via email, but if there is a time-sensitive issue relating to your order, a phone call may be the best option.
Bomran Ltd will never share your data outside of what is completely necessary. However, we may need to share information with:
- Payment portals at checkout
- Courier companies for deliveries and returns
- Age verification companies when trying to purchase age restricted products
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy, which Bomran Ltd urges you to familiarise yourself with before completing your purchase.
Use of your data will remain under the control of Bomran Ltd (the “data controller”). The data processor does not have the authority to use your information for any other purpose and will not pass details on to any other third party.
We would also like to send you our newsletter and special offers, but respect that this is a personal choice; you may opt in or out at any time.
Severance
If any part of the Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to use of the website.
